Adán Bernabé Pilicastro Alcazar was born in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, on september of 1978. He is an expert in Amber and Jade carving, and has won numerous international prices. He is the first Latin American carver to have earned a gold medal for Jade Carving in Suzhou, China. His work is mainly based on precolumbian art and human expressions.
